HANDLING TIME

Our handling time is 3 to 5 working days before your order is shipped out. Our team does its best to dispatch purchases within 24 hours or the next business day.

Please note that orders placed on Saturdays after 11:00 AM will most likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and destination. Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 21 business days after shipment. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

CARRIERS

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the product purchased. Our team does not control delivery timeframes once the package has been handed to the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

Any shipping issues, such as missing or incorrect items, must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package. Please contact us at shipping@agathehome.com so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please review the details below before initiating a return.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Products must be in new and unused condition.
Products with a Custom Logo are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
A $3.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return

Please contact us at shipping@agathehome.com to initiate your return. You will need to provide your tracking number so we can process the return. Returns submitted without a tracking number cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

You will receive a full product refund, not including the original shipping cost. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal account) used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the returned product.
